These terms cover your use of Deeper. By playing, or by creating an account, you agree to them.
Do not automate play, tamper with scores, or interfere with the service or other players. Accounts doing so may be suspended or removed. Where a purchase is removed for abuse, no refund is owed.
Endless Dive is a one time purchase that unlocks unlimited practice runs on your account for as long as the service operates. It is a licence to use a feature, not ownership of software, and it is tied to your account rather than transferable.
The free daily game always includes every round. Paid access never grants an in game advantage, and revives or second chances are not sold at any price.
Deeper is provided as is, with no guarantee of uptime, and questions or features may change. The service may be modified or discontinued. If it shuts down permanently within twelve months of your purchase, contact us and a refund will be considered in good faith.
Questions are generated from public reference data and written by hand. Mistakes are possible. If you find a wrong answer, report it and it will be corrected.
To the extent the law allows, liability for any claim relating to Deeper is limited to the amount you paid, if anything. Deeper is entertainment and nothing in it is advice.
These terms may be updated. Material changes will be noted on this page with a new date. Continuing to use Deeper after a change means accepting it.
